A couple months ago an update fried my perfectly good Galaxy Note 9. Tech support couldn't fix it so I had to take it to our Verizon store. They'd never seen the problem before. I couldn't wait until a new phone came in and all they had was an S21 (of course). Last week, another FORCED update. Now I can't type an email, or create a text box on Canva...the cursor has a mind of its own, then my phone freezes up. More minor issues because of changes the update generated (stop already!), but those are the most aggravating.
