Hi, I was wondering if when doing an upgrade I can go from and iPhone to a Samsung? If so, can I trade in an iPhone and use that trade in value to preorder a Samsung?

Thank you! What if I want to upgrade to a phone I have to preorder? Do I have to pay the full price at the purchase or would I be able to pay it off monthly?

That's great information to know, Hernandez08758. You can actually upgrade via the full retail cost or monthly with a device payment plan when purchasing a preorder device. So long as your current device has been paid off in full, you can trade it in and use its value (promotional or market) towards the cost of the new phone purchase.
