Verizon over priced and cant even use internet brand new s21 +

Horrible switched to Verizon from prepaid,got the new s21+  didn't even get offerd a case to buy , no internet, stopped receiving  calls. I think I'll go back to 35 $ a month, oppose to 150 a month and have to text operator.
