Verizon smart family is showing other for everything.

My parent app shows other but the app on my child's phone has everything listed out. It was working before and now it is not. All phones are the Samsung S20 FE.

How upsetting that the Verizon Smart Family is not showing the details, Dixcolombes. We will help get to the bottom of this. Have you checked to see that your phone and the Verizon Smart Family app are up to date with the latest software? What happens if you power off your phone for about two minutes and then power it back on?
