Very Slow 4G w/ 4 bars

As title says im getting slow 4g speeds with 4-5 bars.   Around 1Mb sometimes slowwer.   My zip is 96122.   Rather frustrating since I am grandfathered into the old unlimited, so I should never be throttled.

crazykooter, I know how important data speeds are to you, and our goal is to make sure your service is working properly at all times. Keep in mind that the old grandfathered unlimited plan does have a threshold of 22GB before you can experience network management when there is congestion. Is the issue occurring in a particular location or no matter where you go? When did this start? Are there other devices around you experiencing the same issue?
