Visual Voicemail not working after 7/19 upgradeto VM

Any ideas? I have logged out and back in to the Visual Voicemail app on my Samsung, but no luck. Thanks in advance.

Oh my! I know how important it is to have properly working voicemail. What happens when you log into the Visual Voicemail ? Do you receive any error messages?
