I purchased 2 Note 7 phones and 2 wireless charging pads to use specifically with them. We are replacing the Note 7 with the iPhone after this frustration. Of course it has been over 14 days since we purchased the wireless chargers and we do not have the boxes they came in. Is Verizon going to accept these as returns?
