Where Is My Credit From Returning My Note 7 Accessories?

I pre-ordered the note7 along with 3 accessories, screen protector, protective case, and wireless charge all online through Verizonwireless.com. When I was forced to return the device to Verizon and all of the accessories I never received a refund! Now I just got off the phone with a Verizon wireless service representative, he told me I can not receive a refund or credit because although they can see I purchased the items through Verizon they have no record of the accessories returned. With whom may I speak to in reference to this double standers.
