I have been to the Laurel ms store and tried to exchange my replacement note 7 and they have told me they will not replace it. I came home and called customer service.I spoke to Luis and he was very nice and very helpful but was unable to process the transaction online due to us receiving the replacements in the store. He also spoke to the Laurel Ms store and was told that they would not do the replacement. The manager Corey had given me his number and told me if I found out any information to text him ..... I have text him yesterday and today with no response. Please tell me what my options to return the 3 notes 7s that we have. I have a child that is carrying one. I would love to handle this online / or on the phone through customer service if possible being that the Laurel Ms store is unwilling to help and pretty much stated that it did not matter anyway because they do not have the phones we want in stock anyway. I have attempted to call the Laurel office today again and can get no response. Please let me know what I need to do to resolve this. Thank You

I just wanted to say that I drove 45 minutes to the to the Hattiesburg Ms store today and it was well worth the drive. From the minute I walked in the door they were helpful. Dessrae, Dustin and Lindsey were very kind and very helpful. Dessrae especially went out of her way to make sure everything was taken care of. I just would like people to know some Verizon stores provide excellent customer service. My family and I will now be driving to Hattesburg to do any business with Verizon and it will be well worth it for the customer service. It is amazing how just a friendly smile and a great attitude can make all the difference in the world. .

Manager states that he will not be able to order the phones for us that customer service will have to do this. I Spoke to customer service yesterday and they stated that the store would have to do this. So I am back to square one... not being able to order the phones we want to exchange for.

Here is Verizon's statement :
In response to your second question, you're able to return your Note 7 to any Verizon Wireless corporate store at this time, whether it is the original or the replacement if you need to return of exchange it, even for a new device. You can find your nearest Verizon Wireless retail location here: Verizon Stores Near Me | Verizon Wireless .
I found it on this thread
Hope that helps you
