Starting today I have had an issue that my Galaxy S4 keeps shutting down when it still has ample battery power. I have to keep the phone on charger to keep it from automatically shutting off and if I shut the phone off I have to hook the charger up to be able to re-power phone. I have tried doing a soft restart and went thru all my settings and still nothing. Thank you in advance for any advice you all may have.
Thank you for reaching out to us, dawnearou68. Are you using the charger the device came with? Have you tried other chargers? We are showing that other customers reporting this issue did perform a Factory Data Reset and this fixed the issue. Have you tried this step yet?
