When I turn the wifi on it never turns on and shows me the list of wifi's available
Has this just started? Have you tried to go into Settings-backup and
reset then go to reset network settings. If you had passwords in there
you will have to put them back. Is this happening on your home wifi
or is this happening everywhere?
Also are you using the security app on your phone?
If you are this maybe blocking your phone from connecting
to wifi.

Kathy65793 did ask some great questions, and we wanted to expand upon those so that we can help get this fixed. Was there any changes with your phone before this started? Have you been able to connect to your home Wi-Fi previously? What happens if you try to connect a different device to your home Wi-Fi? What happens if you try a different Wi-Fi network?
