I've had my Galaxy Note Edge since June now and it's STILL using software version N915VOYU1ANL1. Every time I try to do a manual update I get the message that my phone is up to date and no update is necessary. What's going on?
Making sure you have the latest and greatest software is an excellent way for your phone to be working properly. If you aren't showing an update that would indicate that you are all set. We can certainly verify you are on the most recent software though.
Can you confirm the version on your phone?

Why is my phone not getting the updates it should?
