Why is my device auto scrolling to the bottom of the page?

My galaxy s7 is auto scrolling to the bottom of anything in the settings, so i cant see or use anything except the last things on lists.

Thanks Ann. In reading another thread, I tried uninstalling any recent apps

I've downloaded and the problem fixed itself. Weird.

Could you have turned on any of the Accessibility settings?
