Since yesterday my Wi Fi has been connecting and disconnecting the wi fi has not stayed connected for more than a minute before disconnecting and the reconnecting,I have had this phone for 2 months,and I have never had this problem I did allow a system update recently and I did reach my mobile data limit, as I'm writingoing this the problem is persisting,I have performed a factory reset but that did not work at all.Samsung S6.

That is definitely not the experience that we want you to have with your new device. If a hard reset did not resolve the issue, then that may point to a hardware issue with the device and would warrant replacing. Since the device would be within warranty it can be replaced at nor charge. Please give us a call at 800-9220-0204 for further assistance.
