Wifi Calling

I have been having issues, turned on Wifi calling, and now half the time I am on Wifi at home it goes to wifi calling, BUT when people call me or text me I don't get them, they go right to voicemail!

We want to make sure that your services are working correctly at all time, we'll be glad to help. Are you having this issue whenever you connect to Wi-Fi or only with your home Wi-Fi? Are your calls working correctly if you don't have Wi-Fi on?
