i have tried everything and it won't turn on or seems to be charging

Hi - I have the same problem. Last night my phone suddenly went blank. Briefly appeared a white circle with a small lightning bolt then went blank. It will not turn on or charge - no light comes on. No moisture and I did not drop the phone. I've tried multiple chargers and multiple outlets. HELP!
