Since kitkat. My email does not sync. My battery dies faster and I can not use this device in my home office for email, texts or phone. Pretty much a brick with a cute pen is all this is. Verizon fix this or give me a phone that will work. I am on my second note 3 so I don't want another brick.
You aren't the only one. This problem has been going on ever since the KitKat up date came out. There is zero fix for this from either verizon or samsung. Neither side even admits that there is even a problem and they just point the finger at each other while we sit with a useless phone. I hate to say it but i'll be going to back to an iphone and switching to AT&T.
Yeah go to AT&T or any other carrier.
The cellular carriers are not the blame for your issues.
The device maker and for androids (Google) are the responsible people.
Not Verizon wireless.
Verizon sells you access to the cellular and data network.
They make no devices. They initiate no updates.
The device makers are just deflecting the blame to the carriers in this case Verizon.
Go after Google and the device maker. That is who the problem is with.
Good Luck
Update: replaced SIM card Wednesday afternoon (free at store). Waiting on performance issues results.
I hope it all works out
