from a pc or mac you can download call history when logged in to myverizon, as a spread sheet, not sure from the phone.

That's an excellent question, unicorn2.Being able to pull call hisotry is pretty important for records. Call records are available on the back of the bill and in My Verizon. You can view the printable PDF version of the bill or view activity by line and by service. Please let us know if you have any trouble.
