My Galaxy S 7 tells me that over 31 of its 32 gigs of internal memory are full even after I got rid of almost every file in the phone. Apps take a few gigs all other files are cleared out, Photos were transfered to SD card which was removed and phone still says 31 of 32 gigs used. Been rebooted several times. Any help appreciated!
You didn't mention it, so I will ask did you use memory cleanup in device maintenance?
We always want to ensure your device is working perfectly. How long have you been experiencing this? Have you ensured your device's software was up to date, as well as the apps? Do you have any physical damage to your GS7?MichelleH_VZW
Have you moved your apps to the phone? I use an app called AppMgr III to move all the apps that are transferrable to the card. Have you cleared the system cache? I do this regularly to keep as much memory available as possible.
