cant send photo text

I did a factory reset because my phone kept turning off and sending me those unfortunately this or that app stop working things.

anyway, now my phone wont send text messages with photos in them unless im on data , wont go from wifi .???

Yeah, that's actually pretty normal. Picture texts can't go over wifi unless using one of those 3rd party messaging apps like hangouts or iMessage if you had an iPhone. They must go over the cellular network to send as mms.

Good news is that the picture messages do not go against your data limit, so you don't need to worry about that, if that was your concern.

Actually they do count against data, but are so small that they rarely make a difference. I recomend a chat app like Kik, Line, or Kakao for sending pics on android. I see 30 to 40 pics a day on Kakao and I get only 75 to 90 mb of data usage a month.

Internet-based apps like hangouts and whatsapp and all that use counted data even though its a text messenger.  They use wifi as well.  Stock message apps and the verizon app dont use counted data.  Unlimited messaging doesnt use counted data as long as it isnt over an internet-based app.
