I have an order that is still processing, and I would like to change it before it goes through. Has anyone been through process? WHat is the phone number I need to call?
The only way to change an order that is being processed is to cancel the order and make a new order.

taman1, I understand your concern when it comes to canceling an order that is processing. Let's work to get to the bottom of this. Can you provide more information on the order and what you are trying to change? Ann154, provided some good information. Normally once an order is processed, to make changes you would need to cancel the order and resubmit a new one.
