Today my phone alerted me that there was condenstion in the charging port. After what seemed like a substantial amount of time I tried again...still no luck. I went to a verizon store and they told me to let it dry out, try a hairdryer to help things along etc. It's been several hours with no change; it still will not charge. I did'nt spill anything on it, and have no idea where this moisture came from, but it was enough to cause this much corrosion. Does it sound like I will have to replace the phone? Will they charge me? And finally, where can I find my proof of insurance on the website?
