What is taking so long for this carrier to update the note 9 to pie all others have done it. Called both verizon and Samsung  just getting the run around both say the other has to release  it  almost a month after other carriers  release  it  and no idea when the update  will be here heard from a Verizon  rep it could be up to 2 months till update  [removed]
