Everytime i try and access the front camera i get an error message.
I have tried clearing the cache and data and nothing is working.
Restarted several times and samsung support was not help

might be a problem with the phone i have had no problems with my s9 + maybe do a exchange

Did you try updating firmware? It appears that there is already a firmware update for this brand new phone (surprise, surprise -- NOT😞
