group messages in Messenger

I have set up a group in the Messages+ app, I receive messages from everyone.  When I send a message, I get the message that not everyone received my message. When I look at the group member list, the members that received the message have a little blue bubble beside their name.  The people who didn't receive have an empty bubble.  I can't find anything in the app that might fix this problem.

Group messages are a great way of communicating. We can certainly look into this for you. Are you able to send individual messages to the people who don't receive the group? Have you noticed if they have the same type of device (iPhone/Android)? DoloresK_VZW
