i cant make or get phone calls after i tried to get HD calling..

i cant make or receive phone calls after i got HD calling ...it says i dont have it and it has encountered an error and to call a number well VERIZON dose not have a 24/7 number any more i dont know why......i need my phone for work..anyone who can help me please do ...i have factory reset my phone and everything but can not get this working
