I don't know if it comes preinstalled, but, 5 of the apps that comprise Office 365...OneNote, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel & Word can be downloaded for free from Google's App Store. OneDrive is available as well.

There is no 365 day renewal with these apps, which goes counter to Microsoft's approach with Windows devices where you either pay a yearly subscription fee & receive updates & new versions of the programs...or...purchase the software outright, thus avoiding the yearly fee, receive updates to the existing versions, but, one will need to purchase new versions of the apps if so desired.
