My husband keep getting call failed on his galaxy s6 edge when trying to call people and when people try to call him it will ring once and then go to voice mail. We've had the phones for two days now and this issue has continued, anyone else having the same problem? I have the same phone and im not experiencing this. We tried calling Verizon all they did was check their network and make sure it was fine, and then tried calling him to make sure the call went through. Well that was no help because its not happening with every call!
Power down device. Remove SIM card. Wait 5 min. Re-install card. Power back up.
If this doesn't work, go to a corporate VZW store and get a new SIM card. Don't leave until phone working properly..
