mobile data not working

My husbands mobile date is not working, he restarted the phone and still nothing. The mobile data is turned on, and airplane mode is not on.

Have he tried placing the phone in Airplane mode for a few minutes and then turning it off to see if the mobile data would start? Have you tried the SIM card in another phone if that is an option?

Having a working phone is very important, Manda658. I am happy to help. What happens when your husband tries to use the internet on his phone? Does an error message appear? Since the data has stopped working, have any changes been made to the phone such as new applications being downloaded or software updates? Lastly, are the other services on his device such as calling and messaging working? - GregL_VZW
