has anyone had any trouble with a lot of background noise with a galaxy 8 plus?i get it sometimes when i am making a call and sometimes it sounds like another phone ringing in the back ground

BMOORE529, we know how important it is to always have great call quality. We are here to help clear that up for you. When this happens are you getting 4G LTE with us or a lower signal like 3G,1X? Is our phone having this issue only in one certain area? Is so what zip code?
