I am getting BEYOND frustrated with Verizon.  I get a DIFFERENT ANSWER EVERY TIME I CALL regarding when I can expect to get all these refunds for the Note 7 mess.   I am about to cancel ALL my lines (and there are SEVERAL people on my account) and go with another carrier.  Verizon had NO trouble taking my money - now I have to call repeatedly and fight to get my MONEY BACK, and get some sort of refund for all of the ridiculous run-around I keep getting from customer service.

Are you referring to the 2-yr / downpayment and/or taxes paid at the time of purchase? I had a friend buy the Note7 and they were told the refunds are processing. Rest assured you will get your money back. The great thing is Verizon cancelled the loans so your not continuning to make a loan payment if you went with device payment. Good luck.
