I'm pretty sure that when I check out I had pick the total equipment replacement plan for my Samsung Galaxy Note 5, yet when I check my devices the websites says that my Note 5 isn't compatible. Now my phone is completely unprotected! Do I have to wait a while for it to become eligible for the plan or am I stuck having to buy another phone if something were to happen?

I would look at your bill. If you're paying for insurance you'd see the charge there. Total protection is $11 a month (at least it was last time I looked.) If it's been under 30 days from date of purchase you can still add it if it wasn't at time of purchase.

I only purchased it last week, but when I go to try to add the protection it's grayed out. I already tried checking the compatibility and it says that my Note 5 wasn't compatible. I was wondering if Verizon is going to make it compatible with the plan anytime soon.

You may not be able to add it because it's already added.
