I tried to upgrade my data plan and purchase a new phone. I was working with an online rep. When I got my email confirmation nothing was the same as what the rep told me. Has anyone else experienced this?
The price for my plan upgrades were not what she told me, and the trade in device that i had in my cart was changed from a samsung s6 to an s8....
