process system isn't responding error

display will only show in safe mode. getting an error "process system isn't responding". can't make calls in safe mode but i can text. the first thing i noticed before the error and black screen was the keyboard didn't show up when trying to text.

I'm having same issue... "process system isn't responding" , on my Samsung Note 3.  It has shut down and I've rebooted several times with same problem.

Donna401, we want to make sure that we clear up any errors that you might be getting on your cell phone. How long has this been going on with your cell phone? Have there been any changes to the device (new software or apps)? Also, do you have a Memory Card in your phone (SD Card)? If so, can you please power off your phone, remove the SD Card (keep it in safe spot), then power on the cell phone to see if you still get the error. Please keep us posted.  KevinR_VZW
