My phone froze after the last download and won't charge or turn on
I apologize for the inconvenience as I know how much a reliable phone is needed. Does the device show any signs of physical or liquid damage? Have you tested another charger? Yale_VZW

LINWIL92, I rely on my phone for everything, so it not charging or powering on would be very concerning to me as well. I will make sure we exhaust all options to get the phone working properly. I have tried the original charger that came with the phone, in addition to 2 mongrel charges. I have tried using a connection to the USB on a computer. I have also tried a wireless charger. I have tried the simulated battery pull with the volume and power button. I have chatted with Samsung and visited the verizon store and followed suggestions online. I do not understand how the phone would process an upgrade download and then never work again! there is not abuse or moisture damage. any suggestions?
