I have had several issues since the last update in June. My screen doesn't auto rotate in several apps, I'm getting weird internet security warning and sign in failures for email. The phone is sluggish and crashes from time to time. I have done soft resets and cleared the cache and it fixes it for a day or so and then I start having the same issues. Is there something else that I can do to fix it? If not since I have had the phone for less than a year, is this something covered under warranty?

Hello Isgka! Let's review this in greater detail and ensure you have a working and able phone. I regret to hear that you've been experiencing these issues since the update. What's the make/model of your device? You certainly have a 12-month manufacturer warranty on the device in case we need to replace it under defect. As long as there is no physical or liquid damage to the phone, the warranty would be valid. Thanks!

Did you not read Isgka's question? The software update caused the problems. Just more reasons I am still delaying installing Nougat.
