screen will not rotate

I just got a replacement Note 3 on December 22nd. I had it replaced because the screen quit rotating with the phone; everything was checked that would make the screen rotate. Well now a month later and I'm having the same issue. nothing rotates. It affects in app games, pictures, videos and all apps that rotates. Does anyone had any ideas like maybe certain apps or something that could cause this to happen?

We definitely want to make sure your phone works great! That would frustrate me if my screen wouldn't rotate. Does anything change if we restart the phone? Have we tried turning rotation off and back on? http://vz.to/1AOx11i
