If the call or text was completed, then it should show up in usage.  Deleting it from your phone should have no effect on usage.  Maybe an agent can confirm this.

8469 That will remove it from your phone. However, the number/date will show online via (My Verizon and the statement). Is this what you wanted to know?-Dolores
