transferring data from an app from a bionic to note 3

   I use an app called  Safe Notes.  I store info in that app for use at a later time.  Naturally I was able to download the Safe Notes app from the Play Store, but is there a way to transfer the info that I had saved on my Bionic to the Note 3?

You might try using bluetooth. If that doesn't work, you might try putting the data into your computer/tablet, and then transferring it to your new phone.
