why cant I hear anything when I make a phone call? It powers off every time I make a call too.

We just got these phones 2 days ago.  One works perfectly, the second, each time my hubby tries to make a call, it goes through, but as soon as the call is answered, there is no sound at all coming or going.  Then after he hangs up the phone powers off.  VERY FRUSTRATING!!

Let's get you back in business.  Is your husband receiving calls successfully? Does the phone show a 4g signal?  Have you tried to power off the phone and remove battery and sim card?  If not, please give that a try and keep us posted.
