I've had a usage control on my family plan for 3 devices (to stop kids from using too much data on my 12GB family plan). I've since moved to the unlimited data plan but see that I'm still getting charged for usage controls and i cant shut them off in the web site - any ideas?

Call customer service at 1-800-922-0204 from a landline or *611 from your phone and request they remove the feature from your account.

learnedm- Removing a feature from your account is easy and convenient. I apologize for the issues you've encountered. I am confident that we can provide you the information you need to remove the feature you no longer need. When you mention usage controls are you referring to the FamilyBase feature? If so, please follow these steps online. Sign into your My Verizon account. Hover over My Plan & Services and then click on Manage FamilyBase. Click on Profiles, then scroll down to the last line and click on the blue letters that say Remove FamilyBase. Please let us know if you run into any issues.
