I can't figure it out... I don't have calling limitations set on my kids' phones, but when they try to call out, it tells them to redial the number they want to call, but then it still doesn't work. What to do?
That usually occurs with Family Base when making calls on a partner/extended network or due to misdialing. What zip code is it occurring in, and are just the 10 digit numbers (area code& number) being dialed?
