I just switched one of my phones from an S4 to a Droid Turbo. FamilyBase Lock worked on the S4 but isn't working on the Turbo now. I installed and setup the companion app on the Turbo and it seems to be working but the phone doesn't lock when I lock it from the FamilyBase app on my phone. Do I need to deactivate the service on the S4 somehow?

Hi Matthew! Family Base is a great way to keep parental control, I am glad you are getting good use of this feature. Unfortunately the Remote Lock feature is not available on all devices, I am sorry fort the confusion this caused. The S4 did have the capability but the Droid Turbo does not. Are you sure about that? It doesn't say anything about it not working on the Turbo. The companion app is also pre-installed on the Turbo so I find it hard to believe it doesn't work on the Turbo. There was also someone else that posted that he used it on his Turbo then got another Turbo and it wouldn't work on that phone.
