August 8- Verizon helps themselves to $5 more of my money per month.
August 9- Gmails i send to my phone number + vtext begin to have multiple hour delays or do not arrive at all.
i've received 3 emails from [email address removed per the Verizon Terms of Service] with the error message you can see in the Subject line.
What i really need is someone to decipher what "421 4.1.0" and "AUP#MXRT" mean, and also a link to a writeup for what to do to solve this situation, thanks.

Hello Amber from Verizon.
Just sent a test message from my gmail address to my phone number plus vtext. It should have been delivered immediately but it hasn't arrived yet.
So in answer to your question "Do you still need assistance?", that's a firm "yes".
But, i also see Lara608,, spidy2, shmuel3641, JasGot, and SpankyMcFarland have posts here describing essentially the same problem caused by Verizon.
So if you're going to provide "assistance", i hope you're ready to discuss the matter in public so other Verizon customers can refer to the information. And i fully expect you to be able to solve this problem completely. i also want the extra $5 per month on my most recent bill refunded for my trouble.

Thank you for testing it out once more and for providing us those details. Let's work together and gather some more details. To access your account we will need to move to a Private Note. We have sent a Private Note. Please meet us there to continue.

How about forwarding the issue/error message to the Verizon Messaging Team email address: verizonmessages at verizonwireless dot com. I've had some success getting productive responses from them.

I have the same problem as well. I try to send from gmail account to my cell # at vtext.com and get nothing for between 50 minutes and 3 days.
If I send something from yahoo to the same number it is visible quickly some times, and doesn't work at all others.

I have the same exact problem. I am sending messages from gmail to my text and 1 of the numbers gets messages but very delayed (up to 8 hours so far), and the other gets rejected for the reason listed above.

Making sure I am able to send a message from my gmail is crucial. I will be more than happy to assist. Please share with me what happens if you uninstall and reinstall the email address?

The problem seems to be strictly with vtext coming from gmail. I have a yahoo and a xx.com email address and vtext works fine with them. But when it is sent from the gmail account it gets delayed, sometimes for days, and then they come in out of order.

Hey "Kevin" from Verizon,
What's the big secret?
Aren't you paid to help ALL Verizon customers?
There's a long list of us here, all with the same problem- Gmail to Vtext.
Why won't you tell us what Verizon is going to do to solve this problem?

"Jacob" from Verizon,
In other words, you asked me to describe the issue discussed over 40 times in this thread and to give you some idea of when on the calendar it occurred though the date of every comment is listed.
Do your job, read the thread.
If you have any questions after that, you can ask me here in a public comment.

...and tell your colleague "Baldo" to read the over 40 comments after my post also.
