How do I stop my son from using phone while on FamilyBase?

I got to limit the times my son can use his phone. I typed in9am to 830pm. I just walked into his room at 911pm and he is on the phone. what do I need to do to get this feature to work?

It only blocks cell call, data, and texts.  It has no way to stop wifI access. You can block or turn off wifi at home.

Exactly. I want no calls or texts. if they are using Skype is that how they are getting around the block?

Yes.  Over wifi you can skype, message, do almost everything.
