Integrated Messaging confusion

Hi this is my first post, hope I worded it well.  Each time I access Account > More > Text Online in my online account I have to accept the Integrated Messaging Terms & Conditions and each time I get a text msg on the phone associated with that online account saying "Welcome to Integrated Messaging! Starting now your messages will by synced …".  However message syncing does not occur between the phone and the web page, they each show their own messages but not the other's.  Note the physical phone is a Kyocera DuraXV Extreme which is not considered to be a full fledged smart phone and the Verizon Message app on it is not the full feature one that is used on full fledged smart phones. The phone is on a Verizon Start unlimited plan.  I wondered if this might be occurring because of the phone type and the message app running on it, however I do get a text message on the phone saying "Welcome to Integrated Messaging! Starting now your messages will by synced …".  I would think if the phone and it's app were not compatible with Integrated Messaging then the system would have told me so instead of sending that message to the phone.  Anyone familiar with this situation ?  Thanks.

Hi, thanks for the response.  Sorry I'm new to the community.  I tried to find help/instructions on how to DM but no luck.  Did you mean for me to try to contact you via Private Message (envelope icon) ?

A DM (Direct Message) on this platform is Private Messenger, turned on in your profile settings and accessed via the Private Message (envelope icon).  You are correct.
