Not receiving MMS

I have been working with Verizon tech for a week now and they have not been helpful.

 

I switched from Google Fi to Verizon. On Verizon I can not received most MMS. Someone will send me a picture I will never get it.  If I am part of a group messages I do not get parts of the conversation.

Verizon had me reset everything and now they are just saying it is a device problem.  It is a new device.  It never worked.

Any suggestions?

Wildmckd,

 

We are sorry to hear about the issues you are having with MMS messages. When did this start happening? Are there any other Verizon users with the same issue that are on your account? Does this happen in one location, or multiple places? What make and model phone do you have?
