I've been dealing with this for quite awhile, and it all started after I enabled block all texts from websites. After doing that I could no longer receive verification codes from companies such as google, Microsoft, etc. So, I unchecked "block all texts from websites" but I can still no longer receive these texts from Microsoft, etc.
Does anyone know a fix for this? No matter how many times I ask Microsoft to send me a verification code it never comes through. If I use it on a different account, tied to a Google Voice number it works just fine. So it seems to be something on Verizon's side of things and sending to my Verizon number.

jpvaughn, Let's get your text notifications working again. You said you can "no longer receive texts from Microsoft, etc.". Have you been able to receive verification texts from any other company? What device are you trying to receive these on? What texting application do you use?

Thanks so much for getting back to me!
I'm able to get texts from the following: Google, Intuit, FedEx, UPS, Amazon, Walgreen, Coinbase, Lastpass
I'm NOT able to get texts from: Steam/Valve, Microsoft, Electronic Arts/Origin
It really all started after I tried to keep SMS spam off my phone (iPhone 7 using the Messages app) and block texts via email and texts via the web (from the Verizon website). It blocked them, but blocked too many so I disabled it. Just seems like some of the "block" got stock and kept blocking texts that I wanted to receive. I was able to confirm that my wife (on Sprint however) is able to receive texts from those three companies onto her phone.
Thanks again for your help!
