When setting time restrictions on a child device, why does the FamilyBase app and the website show different restrictions? I can't tell what is actually set. Also, why does the website only allow 15 minute increments, but the FamilyBase app allows 1 minute increments?
Being able to set limits for your children is definitely a handy feature of Family Base, MARTYMCCOY. When you make a change to any restrictions, the child device needs to be powered off and then back on for the system to update. Once the phone is reset, both the app and website will match. Please let us know if this doesn't update after the reset.
