I am attempting to add Family base to my account to be able to block Unavailable numbers from continuing to call our phone but it is saying that our lines aren't eligible, Why would that be?

Here are some reasons why your account may not be eligible for Family Base:
- Corporate accounts.
- Accounts with more then 10 lines
- An employee concession line.
Here are the plan that would also not be eligible:
- Non-nationwide plans
- The More Everything with less then 500 MB of data.
